    • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
    • The refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase.
  • No Refunds for Completed Courses: If you have completed more than 20% of the course or if the 14-day period has passed, we cannot issue a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Discounted or Promotional Courses: Courses purchased during special promotions or at a discounted rate are not eligible for refunds.
  • Subscription Plans: Payments made for subscription-based services or access to premium content are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Course Cancellation

If a course is canceled by PKP Digital Business due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, you will be entitled to a full refund, regardless of the completion percentage.
